Students and staff at the University of Cape Town (UCT) can access eduroam – the secure, worldwide roaming service used by nearly all universities in South Africa – at a number of sites across Cape Town and South Africa.

Students and staff can access the internet when visiting other university campuses around the country. In addition, 57 public libraries in the City of Cape Town are connected to eduroam; thus, students can access the university’s network when visiting these libraries.

Install the eduroam Companion App to find your nearest access point or visit the eduroam interactive map.
