COVID-19 Exposure Likelihood and Personal Health Vulnerability Assessments

22 September 2021 | Campus Announcement

Dear colleagues and students

To follow up on the communication on 2 September 2021 about the final extension of the COVID-19 Vulnerability Assessment, a reminder has been placed on the Daily Health Screening page for all staff and students. The reminder counts down to the final date when each Personal Health Vulnerability Assessment is required to be completed.

If you have not received your Letter of Invitation as discussed in Step 3 in the “Completing Your Vulnerability Assessment” guide, please contact your faculty or your head of department to have them complete the Exposure Likelihood Assessment for you.

Faculties and departments that have not yet completed the Exposure Likelihood Assessment for their staff members or students should follow the relevant guide to complete this.

If you are a member of staff, postgraduate or post-doctoral fellow who has previously completed the Personal Health Risk Assessment on the Redcap System in 2020/21 but you are still receiving the reminder to do so on your Daily Screening system, kindly email your full name and staff/student number to Properties & Services for assistance.

We have encountered a few issues with the data import from the Redcap system and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

A reminder that all Personal Health Vulnerability Assessments need to be completed by 1 October 2021.

Thank you for your co-operation on this important matter.

Sincerely

Properties & Services Department
