The University of Cape Town (UCT) and the Geneva Science Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA) invites you to submit your ideas to win an all-expenses-paid trip to the GESDA Summit 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland. Closing date for submissions is 24:00 on Friday, 19 August 2022.
In July, UCT Vice-Chancellor, Prof Mamokgethi Phakeng hosted a series of conversations with leaders on sciences of the future, as part of UCT’s GESDA Youth Anticipation Initiative. The competition submission requires you to give ideas on how sciences can be used to address local challenges, especially social injustices and inequalities. #youthinscience #science4africa
