Summer School is here, showcasing the research excellence of scholars from South Africa and the world over.

This public education programme, which is in its 68th year, began with a celebratory display from the Handspring Puppet Company.

Comprising over 70 lectures in science, history, art and contemporary studies, Summer School samples the best the university has to offer and is open to all.

It’s not too late to join in the fun! There are still places available for the stand-alone lectures, said Medee Rall, director of the Centre for Extramural Studies.

Visit the centre on level 3 of the Kramer Law Building and secure your place.

Summer School runs from 15 to 26 January 2018.
