TB Davie lecture excerpts

The TB Davie memorial lecture, delivered by Prof Alan Charles Kors of the University of Pennsylvania in the US, was held last week. Titled The Essential Relationship of Academic Freedom to Human Liberty, it was very well received. We hope to run excerpts in next week's edition of Monday Paper. The full version of the lecture will be available on the web in due course.
