The Development Dialogue (DD) cycle for professional, administrative support and service (PASS) staff and senior staff ends on 31 May each year, and 1 June marks the beginning of our performance review, performance contracting and development planning season.
These DDs are essential for effective feedback, forward planning, and the building of the University of Cape Town (UCT) as an employer of choice. These discussion sessions should be completed by the middle of July 2022. Where staff members may continue to work remotely, we trust that you have by now found ways to effectively connect and engage, and that you will use these sessions to facilitate your performance and development discussions.

Your Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is available to guide you through the process. The HRBPs will be distributing a comprehensive timeline to the executive and line managers in due course.
