Associate Professor Elena Moore wins the Distinguished Teacher Award

Assoc Prof Elena Moore, who is the Head of the Department of Sociology is the sole recipient of the Distinguished Teacher Award for her teaching innovation, student impact and contribution to curriculum transformation.

Moore was honoured and celebrated at the 2022 Annual Awards on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 along with other UCT staff members who also received awards for their contributions of excellence, research, teaching and service to the university community.
