What is our staff value proposition?
It is the promise we make as an employer to our staff, and how we will bring this to life in our everyday work-life experiences. It sets us apart from other employers and helps attract and retain the best staff.

How can you contribute?
We are hosting 90-minute interactive focus group sessions, where we will ask you to share your personal work experiences. Your input will help shape a staff value proposition story that positions UCT as an employer of choice and unleashes our potential.
