UCT musicians warm up winter
04 June 2007Atrio of UCT's top musicians will open the Nederburg Concert Series on 10 June at 17h00 at the Nederburg Wine Estate in Paarl.
Billed as Trio du Cap, flautist Liesl Stoltz, pianist Francois du Toit and cellist Anmari van der Westhuizen will delight audiences with a varied programme of popular classical works by Damase, Villa-Lobos, Von Weber, Fauré and F Mendelssohn Bartholdy.
The three musicians all lecture at the South African College of Music at UCT and have performed to critical acclaim locally and internationally.
