UCT’s Finance Department calls on stakeholders to feed back on their experiences when interacting with the department.

As part of attempts to continue improving and refining its processes, the UCT Finance Department is currently undergoing a self-review.

Essential to this process is feedback from all stakeholders, both internal and external to the university. To this end, the department has designed a survey. This is divided into several sections, according to the various parts of the department with which you may interact.

Although the survey comprises a total of 164 questions, only the first four are mandatory. They are happy for you to simply skip over the sections that do not apply to you. The entire survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

The department values your time and input, and encourages honest feedback. Please complete the survey by Monday, 9 July, 2018.
