Register for the AGM of the UCT Convocation

Staff who are members of the UCT Convocation are reminded that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Convocation will be convened virtually on Thursday, 7 December 2023 at 17:00. The AGM takes place in accordance with the UCT Statute.
The deadline for registration for the AGM, receipt of notices of motion, as well as nominations for the president and executive committee of Convocation has been extended to Friday, 24 November 2023.
The notices of motion must be submitted in writing to registrar@uct.ac.za.
The AGM of Convocation is restricted to members of Convocation.

The Convocation consists of UCT graduates and all holders of diplomas and credit-bearing certificates of the university; the vice-chancellor, the deputy vice-chancellors and the academic staff; and former professors and associate professors elected by the Senate to be emeritus professors or emeritus associate professors.
