Hout Bay murder victim not a UCT student In a news article published today, Independent Newspapers and Cape Times incorrectly identify Mr Nchikala Ngoy, the Congolese man who was knifed to death in Hout Bay on 8 July 2015, as a student at the University of Cape Town.
