The University of Cape Town’s (UCT) residences accommodate thousands of students, but we get that not all of you want to live on campus. Here’s a list of alternative student accommodation options for you to choose from. This exhaustive list includes options for parents and guardians who may visit you over the course of your stay in Cape Town.

If you’re a parent or guardian from out of town travelling to the Mother City to help your child settle in, there’s a list of private accommodation options close to campus for you to choose from. They’ll all make your temporary stay as comfortable as possible.
