The primum principium of reading for a law degree hasn't changed much in the past 60 years, apparently.

"Work hard, read the case - especially the judgement - properly, and apply the law to the facts," says Michael Francis of the law class of 1952, one of five graduates and three lecturers who attended a reunion at UCT in March.
