07 November 2005The traffic department has introduced a new way of renewing/applying for your 2006 parking discs.
Staff need to download and complete the application form on http://web.uct.ac.za/depts/sapweb/forms/ta01.doc.
Prices for 2006 are as follows: red bays R840, yellow bays R540, and motor cycles R120.
All staff obtaining parking discs for 2006 will pay the same price. Lower campus discs are being abolished. All renewals must be in by November 14, 2005.
The traffic department asks that departments ensure that all staff needing to apply for discs be provided with the necessary forms if they do not have computer access.
Applicants must also check their COE contracts and make sure that the amount signed for in the contract corresponds to the correct price of the disc for which they have applied.
