HR Department showcases its "vision for success" at open days

Find out more about how UCT's Human Resources Department intends improving its service to you by attending their Open Days.
The HR Department is inviting all staff at UCT to visit them during two Open Days to be held on Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, at the Cambria Training Room in Cambria House.
The Open Days will highlight HR's new OASYS Project (Operational Advancement through Systems), which aims to firmly establish an effective Human Resource administration system on Campus.
In its "vision for success", HR wishes to ensure efficient HR and payroll processes and procedures; logical document-flow and client-friendly HR forms; an accurate organizational structure, which reflects the UCT reporting structure; accurate staffing data; meaningful HR reports; credible leave balances and meaningful and client-friendly customer accounts.
At the Open Days, you will be able to find out more about the project and help the HR department to evaluate its "vision for success" against your own.
The sessions will be held from 10h30 to 16h30 on June 2 and 09h00 to 16h30 on June 3. For more information, call Miriam Hoosain on X2113 or email hoosainm@bremner.uct.ac.za.
