The University of Cape Town (UCT) is known for being a research intensive Afrikan university with the focus not only on the research itself, but the innovation and social responsiveness of that research. UCT strives for knowledge creation and translation that is put back into communities.

In this video we celebrate the strides UCT has made in terms of its research efforts locally and internationally and showcase the university’s strong international reputation for responding to complex problems with solutions that will help to build a sustainable global future.
