Volunteers and sponsors support UCT students affected by campus fire

After a devastating fire affected the Rondebosch campus of the University of Cape Town (UCT) on Sunday, 18 April, nearly 4 000 students had to be evacuated from residences and moved to emergency accommodation around Cape Town.

Volunteers, donors and corporate sponsors from across South Africa came out to support UCT students affected by the campus fire, through meals and other essential items.
