UCT VC Prof Phakeng encourages matriculants

2020 has been a difficult year for learners writing their final matriculation examinations. University of Cape Town (UCT) Vice-Chancellor Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng recently shared an inspirational and uplifting message to the matric class of Heideveld Secondary School at their valedictory service.
