Parasport enthusiast, entrepreneur and artist, Alex Pasqualli wants to inspire women

University of Cape Town (UCT) student, Alex Pasqualli is a multi-faceted young women who is not letting her disability limit her in achieving her many goals and dreams for her future.

She is a multi-parasport enthusiast, a successful entrepreneur, content creator, singer and writer and an aspiring academic who is currently pursuing her honours in linguistics at UCT.

This year we celebrated Women’s Day on 10 August 2023.

Deputy vice-chancellors Professor Sue Harrison and Professor Elelwani Ramugondo hosted an event in honour of the recipients of UCT’s For Womxn By Womxn research grants; as well as other phenomenal womxn across the university.
