Testing templates

It took some long discussions and even longer hours of work, but the Institutional Planning Department (IPD) managed to submit UCT's Higher Education Qualifications Framework (HEQF) templates to the Council for Higher Education in the nick of time, the department's Vakele Nobongoza hitting the send button mere hours before the 15 January deadline.

The templates list the university's existing qualifications and their amendments, all aligned with the HEQF.

A week or so after this nailbiting finish, the IPD held a small celebration to thank all those - with a gift of a scarlet T-shirt - who contributed to the document.
