Brunch for women

UCT and Investec Bank are inviting women to a brunch to celebrate women in medicine. Guest speakers are Maria Ramos and Dr Mamphela Ramphele, followed by an economic market overview by Jeremy Gardiner, director of Investec Asset Management. The date is Saturday, September 9, at 10h45 for 11h00 at The Auditorium, 5th floor, Investec Bank Limited, 36 Hans Strijdom Avenue, Foreshore, Cape Town. Town hall meeting

Students have been invited to attend the Student Town Hall Seminars on student parking and UCT's access parking management plan (Phase 2). Deputy vice-chancellor Prof Martin Hall will address students at two sessions. The first is on Tuesday, August 15, in the Kramer Law Building, LT2, from 14h30 to 16h30. A second session will be held on Thursday, August 17, in Jameson Hall from 16h00 to 18h00. There will be Q and A sessions afterwards.
