As part of its Summer School on mathematical finance, taking place from 19?21 February, the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences will present a public lecture by Professor Tomasz Zastawniak of York University on 20 February.
The lecture will be titled Mathematics of Fair Dealings. Zastawniak will talk on division of inheritance; the allocation of workloads, and the sharing of resources, among other topics.
The lecture will take place in the AIMS building at 6 Melrose Rd, Muizenberg, and will start at 19h00.
