Music to our ears

On August 13 at 19h00, there will be a SciFest-on-the-Road presentation at the Kramer Law Building, Middle Campus, entitled Music to your Ears-The story of sound, synths and CDs. The presenter, Wendy Sadler, who is from Wales, has done programmes for the BBC and is passionate about improving the image of science and scientists. She is also the youngest person to date to be appointed as the UK Institute of Physics Schools Lecturer and is a keen musician, playing the Alto Sax for the Cardiff funk band, Doctor Lewney.
