African Human Rights Moot Court competition at UCT

The Christof Heyns African Human Rights Moot Court Competition grappled with issues of migration and citizenship its 34th session hosted at the University of Cape Town (UCT) between 29 June and 5 July.

In the end, a combined team from Kenya and Mozambique emerged victorious in the hypothetical case of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (on behalf of the Association for Zambezian Migrants) as the applicants, and Baharia as respondents.
