UCT celebrates December 2021 graduates

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) December 2021 graduation were hosted as virtual events on 13 and 14 December.

The university also held an additional informal graduation ‘walk of celebration’ outside Sarah Baartman Hall to give some students an opportunity to walk across a platform and have their name called out while the Vice-Chancellor and their loved ones congratulated and celebrated with them.
