A message from Social Responsiveness Awardee Dr Rebecca Hodes

Theirs was an eight-year study that tracked adolescents born with HIV and continuing to live positively the virus. The Mzantsi Wakho study has been recognised for the Social Responsiveness Award and Dr Hodes, a researcher in UCT’s AIDS and Society Research Unit, which straddles the faculties of Humanities and Health Sciences, shares further insight on this collaborative work that was conducted in the Eastern Cape.
