New graduates can transform our current "creaky system"

Professor Mark New, the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Climate Change and Director of the African Climate and Development Initiative at the University of Cape Town, addressed the faculties of Commerce and Science graduation ceremony on Thursday, 5 April.

He encouraged the graduands to transform our current "creaky" society into a more sustainable and equitable environment for all.

UCT's April 2018 graduation season is set to conclude on Tuesday, 10 April.
