Faculty of Science graduation ceremony

Nearly 340 Faculty of Science graduands assembled in Memorial Hall on Wednesday, 4 April for the first round of Science graduation ceremonies in the April 2018 season.

Outgoing Vice-Chancellor Dr Max Price presided over the ceremony, which also featured Professor Valerie Mizrahi, the Director of the Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine at UCT, as the guest speaker.

This graduation season comprises a total of 14 ceremonies, and will end on Tuesday, 10 April. More than 3 500 students would have graduated by the end of this graduation season.
