UCT and LSE establish Cape Town July School

Prof Craig Calhoun and Dr Max PriceUCT and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) have formally established the LSE-UCT July School. For two weeks each July, the summer school-style programme will offer a range of exciting university-level courses taught by outstanding faculty from two of the world's leading institutions for teaching and research, at UCT's campus on the slopes of Table Mountain. Here LSE Director Professor Craig Calhoun and UCT Vice-Chancellor Dr. Max Price are seen signing the agreement at a ceremony on the LSE campus. Price said UCT was proud to be hosting the school and looked forward to welcoming students and professionals from across the globe.
