Make your bid at the 2026 Michaelis Silent Auction

The University of Cape Town’s (UCT) Michaelis School of Fine Art’s 2026 Silent Auction is taking place from 4 to 6 September 2026.
The auction is the school’s largest and most important annual fundraising event and plays a vital role in supporting the Michaelis community. The funds raised contribute directly to several significant initiatives within the school, including the end-of-year Graduate Show; the Graduate Catalogue; and the Michaelis Material Bursary.
The Graduate Show is an important milestone for final-year students as they present the culmination of their studies and creative development to the public, art community and wider professional sector. Support generated through the auction helps make this significant event possible, while also contributing towards the production of the Graduate Catalogue, an important record of students’ work and achievements.
