WUN webinar: Maintaining student engagement and attention during remote course delivery
Deadline: 22 July 2020
UCT is a member of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), which comprises 23 universities across the globe. It is a network aimed at fostering collaborative research. Numerous researchers at
UCT have either been leading research projects or have been partners on research projects led by other universities.
WUN is hosting a series of webinars to help member universities benefit from one another's experience in addressing some of the unprecedented pandemic-related challenges facing them.
The next webinar in the series, to be held on Thursday 23 July at 12 noon, will discuss the challenge of maintaining student engagement and attention during remote course delivery. It will explore the various approaches deployed by WUN
universities (successful strategies as well as lessons learned from failures), and how the diversity of experiences from around the network can help inform each of us as we continue to teach remotely.
More information, including the panel of experts, available here.
